Job Description:

– Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

– Prepare meals and snacks according to the client’s dietary needs and preferences.

– Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and dishwashing.

– Provide companionship to the client, including reading, conversation, and accompanying them on outings or appointments.

– Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, or needs to the care manager.

NOTE: Power of Attorney (POA), husband or wife cannot be a caregiver for the client in the State of Pennsylvania.
